Manage Subscription

In the animundo app, you can view, manage or cancel your current subscription. You can also see how long your aniCare subscription will remain active and when the next renewal will take place.

How to manage your subscription

1. Open the Profile section in the animundo app.
2. Select Subscriptions.
3. Here you can see your currently selected subscription and its status.
   
   
   
4. If you have an active aniCare subscription, you can see how long your subscription will remain active and the date on which the current subscription period ends.
5. You can choose between the available subscriptions and manage your subscription accordingly.

Cancel aniCare or switch to aniFree

You can cancel your aniCare subscription or switch to aniFree at any time.

Your aniCare subscription does not end immediately. It remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Until that date, you can continue to use all included aniCare features.

Once the paid subscription period ends, your subscription will switch to aniFree and the aniCare features will no longer be available to you.

Automatic renewal

Your aniCare subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the paid subscription period unless you cancel it beforehand.

The renewal is based on your selected billing period.

What happens if a payment fails?

If the renewal payment cannot be processed successfully, the payment will be retried up to three times.

If all three payment attempts fail, your aniCare subscription will automatically end. You will then continue to have access to aniFree.

Change your payment method

You can change your saved payment method. The change will then be automatically reflected in the animundo app.

Redeem a promotional code

If you have a valid promotional code, you can enter it in the Subscriptions section.

1. Enter your code in the “Promotional code” field.
2. Tap “Apply”.
3. If the promotional code is valid, the corresponding benefit will be applied to your subscription.

Good to know

If you cancel your subscription, you do not lose access to aniCare immediately. Your already paid subscription period remains fully active. aniCare will only end, or your subscription will switch to aniFree, once this period has expired.
