AI Coach
The AI Coach helps you with questions about your pet. Whether it’s behaviour, training, activities or everyday life, simply ask your question in the chat and receive helpful tips and suggestions right away.
Open the AI Coach
You can find the AI Coach directly on the Dashboard:
- Scroll down to the “For You & Your Pet” section.
- Select “AI Coach”.
- The chat with your AI Coach will open.
Ask a Question
In the chat, you can enter your question in the text field at the bottom of the screen. Describe your situation as clearly and specifically as possible so the AI Coach can provide a relevant answer.
For example:
“Asta often barks when the doorbell rings. How can I teach her to stop?”
Then tap the arrow to send your question. The AI Coach will respond directly in the chat and may suggest practical steps and tips you can use in everyday life.
You can then ask additional questions or follow up on the response.
What Questions Can I Ask?
You can use the AI Coach for many everyday topics related to your pet, including:
- Behaviour and training
- Exercise and activities
- Grooming and routines
- Nutrition and everyday care
- Living with your pet
The more relevant information you include in your question, the better the AI Coach can respond to your specific situation.
AI Coach with aniFree and aniCare
As an aniFree user, you can also try the AI Coach and ask a limited number of questions for free.
With an aniCare subscription, you get full access to the AI Coach and can use it extensively for your pet-related questions.

The AI Coach is a digital support tool that provides general information and recommendations. It does not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
If your pet is experiencing health problems, you are unsure about its condition, or you notice changes in its health, you should consult a veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a veterinary practice or animal hospital immediately.
